Job description:
We are looking for an Expert Architectural Scale Model Maker with strong hands-on experience in creating detailed, high-finish architectural models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality architectural scale models with accurate detailing and proportions
- Interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, and 3D views
- Work with materials such as acrylic, MDF, styrene, foam board, resin, and wood
- Execute landscaping, lighting, textures, and façade detailing
- Coordinate with designers and project managers to meet deadlines
- Ensure premium finish suitable for sales galleries and exhibitions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in architectural scale model making
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and scales
- Expertise in manual and machine-based model-making techniques
- Knowledge of lighting integration and fine detailing
- Ability to handle complete projects independently
- Strong time management and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-rise and township models
- Knowledge of CNC, laser cutting, and 3D printing
- Experience working on luxury real estate models
